The Community Planner works to lead our Comprehensive Community Planning Process by coordinating planning activities and acting as a liaison with members to Ensure all views and opinions are heard. The Community Planner is responsible to facilitate the planning process to ensure the development of a holistic Comprehensive Community Plan.

Comprehensive Community Planning looks at the big picture. It addresses all aspects of community life: governance, lands & resources, infrastructure & facilities, health, social issues, culture & language, the economy and more.
It looks at how to plan for development in a way that recognizes a communities’ strengths and builds on them.
