If an applicant is unsuccessful in obtaining housing within one year of their application date, the applicant must renew their application. Failure to provide annual renewals will result in expiration of application.

  • be a registered Member or have their minor children as registered Members;
  • not have any outstanding obligations (rental arrears, hydro loans, damage costs) owing to the Nation in respect of any previous housing units as may have been occupied by the applicant or their spouse.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

We understand that homes require preventative and routine maintenance or repairs. Submit your non-emergency repair and maintenance requests using the attached form during regular business hours. Please ensure you include your contact information, unit number, and a clear description of the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

As a reminder, please contact the Housing Department in a timely manner for major requests and only contact us after hours for emergency repairs or maintenance.

Please be advised that any service calls regarding plumbers and electricians must be pre-approved by the Housing Department.
